Dr. John Hartig and Richard Wyma
Please join us for a FREE public lecture featuring Dr. John Hartig, Manager of the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge and Richard Wyma, General Manager of the Essex Region Conservation Authority.
Our Green Speakers will discuss conservation opportunities along the Detroit River - strategies that may pertain to Windsor property Ojibway Shores.
John will discuss how neighbouring property, Humbug Marsh, came to be part of the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge.
Richard Wyma will talk about ERCA's conservation strategies and priorities, including the recently created Canadian Registry of Lands in partnership with the DRIWR.
The event starts at 7:00pm on Tuesday October 22nd at the Ojibway Nature Centre.
