Green Party Leader Elizabeth May

It's going to be an exciting and informative start to The Windsor Essex County Environment Committee's "Green Speaker Series". Green Party Leader Elizabeth May is coming to Windsor-Essex to discuss "Canada's role in addressing the climate crisis and why Kyoto matters". Ms. May will speak about her recent experience at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Durban, South Africa.

The event is on Saturday, January 28th at the Dr. David Suzuki Public School (6320 Raymond Ave Windsor) and will begin with a light brunch buffet and poster session at 10am. Elizabeth May will begin her public talk at 10:30am which will be followed by a lengthy Question and Answer session. This event is FREE, however, participants must register by calling 211.
