People's Assembly on Climate Justice

During the next major round of climate negotiations in Cancun Mexico (Nov 29-Dec 10), People's Assemblies on Climate Justice (PACJ) will be taking place across Canada. PACJ are movement-building and organizing events. The focus is on dialogue and transforming awareness into action through community-based climate justice actions.
Windsor On Watch (WOW) is hosting an open house assembly and community town hall for all groups and individuals who are interested in making a difference and being heard during the climate negotiations.
Join us on December 9, 2010 from 7-9pm at the lower level of the Caboto Club, 2175 Parent Ave.

The Detroit River Canadian Cleanup is hosting a free screening of the documentary detailing the impacts of the bottled water industry at Silver City. Register for this event by calling 3-1-1 (Windsor) or 519-255-2489 (Essex County) by November 16th to reserve a seat.
